🌿 Find Your Tribe: Lisbon Women

Join us for the first Early Bird Hikers adventure as we escape the city and head into the cool forests of Sintra before the summer heat sets in.

We'll take the train together from Roma-Areeiro and follow a scenic route through woodland trails, viewpoints and some of Sintra's most beautiful natural surroundings. This is a social hike designed to help members get to know each other while enjoying nature and getting some gentle exercise.

🥾 Distance: Approximately 8–10 km
⛰️ Difficulty: Moderate
🕐 Finish: Around 13:00 in Sintra

What to bring
✔️ Comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots
✔️ At least 1.5 litres of water
✔️ Snacks or a light packed lunch
✔️ Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)

Please note

• This route includes uneven terrain, hills and forest paths.
• Everyone walks at their own risk and should ensure they are fit enough for the distance.
• We will keep a social pace and regroup regularly.
• Optional coffee or lunch afterwards for anyone who would like to stay and chat.

Eat Like a Local is a monthly dinner club for women who enjoy discovering authentic restaurants, regional specialities and hidden gems across Lisbon and beyond.

Each month we'll visit a different venue, from traditional tascas and family-run restaurants to neighbourhood favourites serving the dishes that locals actually eat. The focus is on good food, good conversation and experiencing Portugal beyond the typical tourist trail.

Whether you're a long-time resident or newly arrived, this is a chance to explore Portuguese food culture while making new friends along the way.
