Animal Farm is a satirical novella where farm animals, tired of human oppression, rebel to create a society of equality and freedom, but their utopian dream sours as cunning pigs seize power, replacing one tyranny with another, famously summarized by the commandment: "All animals are equal—but some animals are more equal than others". It's a political allegory about the corruption of power, propaganda, and the betrayal of revolutionary ideals, mirroring the Russian Revolution and Stalinism.

I have never tried the Roostr Yard, the restaurant for this meeting, but it seemed appropriate for the book and is highly rated on Yelp.
