So I’ve been wanting to visit this new Buc-ee’s in Mount Crawford, VA. This is a fairly long drive down past Harrisonburg, so I’ve extended our usual hours just a bit. NOTE THE MEET UP IS AT CRACKER BARREL! Via interstate it’s 108 miles, but we won’t do that. We will probably take interstate 66 out to Front Royal, then hop on Fort Valley down to 211 west, and south on either Route 11 or roads further west. We’ll come back Route 33 to either 340 or South Fort Valley and head north.
I couldn’t find a complete lunch menu, but brisket, pulled pork, burritos and fried chicken sandwiches are popular items alongside peach cobbler and banana pudding. And lots of jerky.
