- 6pm: Guests arrive at Bar42 for a bite to eat and to mingle with other guests. Tour guides register guests issuing each booked guest with a wrist band.
- 7.30pm: Tour starts and visits between 3 to 4 bars/pubs in the area spending approximately 20 mins in each. Tour also makes shuttle stops at notable sites in the historic city centre with tour guides sharing information regarding the site's history before moving on to the next location.
- 9pm: Tour return to Bar42 to continue with ice breaker games between guests.
- 9.30pm: Tour Ends, however Bar42 remains open until late hours. The majority of tour guests stay on until late.
- Smart casual wear and comfortable footwear advisable for the tour.
- Sensibly alcohol consumption and courteous attitude required.
