Join my weekly class designed to help you slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with the present moment. Sessions alternate each week between guided meditation and mindful movement, offering simple practices to calm the mind and release tension in the body.

This welcoming class is open to all experience levels and provides a supportive space to pause, breathe, and reset for the week ahead. Come as you are and build a consistent mindfulness practice for your well-being.
