Life moves fast, and it’s easy to get caught in constant thinking, planning, and doing. This weekly mindfulness class is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, a community of meditators and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.
Each session offers a welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and develop simple mindfulness practices that you can bring into your everyday life.

- Gentle awareness and breathing practices
- Practical tools for managing stress and overwhelm
- Time to reconnect with yourself in a supportive community
This class is perfect for beginners as well as anyone who already has a meditation practice and would like the support of practicing with others.
No experience with meditation is needed—just come as you are.

Stephanie Kaczynski is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained through Brown University. She offers mindfulness practices that help people cultivate awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being in everyday life.
