🎬🌙 Virtual Movie & Craft Night: Everything, Everywhere, All at Once

Join us for a quiet, reflective evening as we gather on Zoom to watch Manchester by the Sea—a deeply moving film that explores the weight of grief, the complexity of guilt, and the struggle to reconnect with life after profound loss. Through its raw and tender storytelling, the movie invites us to witness how trauma shapes relationships, identity, and the possibility of healing.

🧶 What to Expect:
• Film Screening:

  • A trauma-informed, judgment-free space
  • Optional sharing—listening is healing too
  • Content Note: Manchester by the Sea includes depictions of intense grief, traumatic loss, emotional numbness, and suicidal ideation. Some scenes may be deeply activating.

• Crafting During the Film:
You’re invited to create while watching—whether that’s drawing, collaging, knitting, journaling, or simply doodling. No artistic experience needed.
• Optional Reflection Circle:
After the film, we’ll hold space for gentle sharing and discussion. Participation is always optional, and you’re welcome to simply listen.

Come as you are—pajamas, blankets, and fidgets welcome. This is a survivor-centered space where your presence is enough.
