Join us for a casual Sunday morning at Cornwall Park. No pressure, no pace requirements, no need to be a runner. Just a bunch of weird girls getting outside, moving our bodies, and reminding ourselves that fresh air and good company can fix at least 3% of our problems. 😂

🌳 When: Sunday, 9:00 AM
📍 Where: Cornwall Park Café (meeting point)
🏃‍♀️ The plan:

• Meet at the café at 9 AM.
• Run or walk for 20 minutes in whichever direction your problems are taking you.
• Turn around and run/walk back for another 20 minutes.
• Finish strong (or finish tired, we don't judge).
• Grab a coffee together and chat, because some problems are better solved over caffeine. ☕️

✨ All paces welcome. Run, jog, walk, stop to catch your breath — whatever feels right for you. No fitness level required, just good vibes and a willingness to show up.
Come solo, bring a friend, or bring the emotional baggage. There’s room for everyone. 💖

Let's get some steps in, make new friends, and run from our problems together. Who knows? We might even accidentally run towards a solution.

P.S. We have a cap on the number of attendees, due the platform limitation. So if you're keen to come along, place yourself on the waiting list and feel free to turn up anyway!
