"I Love Boosters'" Screening and Discussion: Buy Your Own Ticket

Let's try seeing a first-run movie in its opening weekend. "I Love Boosters" is Boots Riley's follow-up to the weird movie all-timer "Sorry to Bother You." Advanced praise notes that it's quite weird in a great way.

I think Alamo Drafthouse in Woodbury will work best for us: Twin Cities | Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. Get there early because Alamo always has a pre-show of fun related material -- I'm betting it will be The Coup videos for this one. (The Coup is director Boots Riley's rap group.) I won't be greeting people in the lobby because I don't want to miss any pre-show stuff. I will be in the bar afterwards with my black Weird Movie Club baseball cap on.
