About us
We provide adventurous and wellbeing holidays in SE Cornwall near Plymouth for autistic adults. Stay in our beautiful Geodesic Domes overlooking Cawsand Bay, 10 walk mins to the villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We take groups on a 5 day adventure featuring stunning walks, kayking, african drumming, surfing, foaraging, alpaca walks and art. Its a great opportunity to meet new people who understand neurodivergence but have fun, eat great food and just relax in this stunning part of the world. You'll be led through the holiday by 2 WilderMe retreat leaders so everything is organised and you can have as much free time as you need too.

Adventure and Wellbeing Retreat

We provide stunning sea view accommodation in geodesic domes in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Along with you, up to 11 other guests will be guided on an adventure featuring mindful relaxation, and creative expression, all while forming meaningful connections in a calm, inclusive space.

Monday – Arrival & Settling
A gentle welcome, site tour, shared pizza, and African drumming circle to ground into the space and the week.
Tuesday – Nature & Nourishment
Shinrin Yoku (Nature trek) and a wild swim, followed by free time. The afternoon offers wild foraging and cookery, ending with a shared curry.
Wednesday – Creativity & Connection
An alpaca experience in the morning, unstructured time after lunch, then a nature-based art session. The day closes with pasta and an campfire music sing-along.
Thursday – Play & Making
A supported surfing experience in the morning, pottery in the afternoon, and an evening pub meal out together for those who choose to join.
Friday – Gentle Goodbye
A relaxed breakfast at The Canteen cafe for a calm, unhurried farewell.
You are always free to rest instead, arrive late, leave early, or skip anything entirely.
Nestled in the tranquil village of Kingsand, SE Cornwall, this unique adventure offers a carefully crafted, fuss-free experience focused on relaxation, connection, and personal growth. It’s more than a retreat-it’s your time to unwind, recharge, and feel truly at ease.
Staying in our top of the range Geodesic Domes (see pics below), our holidays combine gentle adventure, creativity, and calm downtime in a stunning coastal and countryside location, giving you the chance to explore new experiences, meet people who understand, and take time for yourself.

Our Independent Retreats are not for people who require 1:1 / overnight support. We have separate retreats for groups who attend with support staff too.

- Travel by train or bus to Plymouth (40 mins on public transport).
- We’ll support you to organise getting from the station to our site.
- Visit us by car, free parking onsite.

Our retreats require a basic level of fitness, and some activities involve walking for up to two hours at a moderate pace, occasionally with steep sections. Please be assured that we always take our time, and you will be fully supported throughout. Most guests find the walks very manageable, and our Retreat Leaders are there to help you go at a pace that feels comfortable.
Our site is accessible for people with limited mobility, and we warmly encourage guests to contact us with any questions or specific needs. We’re here to make sure you feel informed, supported, and welcome.

We try to make our breaks as accessible as possible, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience regardless of income:
Shared geodome: (based on two people sharing):
🌟 £399 — Subsidised places are available for people on a low income who cannot afford the Standard rate.
🙂 £499 — Standard places cover the cost of the retreat.
💛 £599 — Supporter places are for those who would like to contribute a little more to help fund subsidised places for others.
Private geodome:
