- Do the right thing – Process or Purpose?
Knowing what is right thing to do is half the job, the other half is knowing how to make the organization actually do it.
- Work like you own the company – Promotion or Progress?
Are you working for paycheck or also working for your growth? Your boss owns the project, but you own what the project turn you into.
Take Away
