Leadership and Management through Eastern and Western Cultural Perspectives
本次讲座将从中西方文化传统的角度探讨领导力与管理。通过比较“中国语境下的‘领导’（lead, guide）和‘管理’（govern, harmonize）”与西方的对应概念，我们将揭示不同文化中塑造领导风格的独特哲学、价值观和实践。
This session will explore leadership and management through the lens of both Eastern and Western cultural traditions. By comparing key concepts, such as the Chinese interpretation of “领导” (lead, guide) and “管理” (govern, harmonize) with their Western counterparts, we uncover the unique philosophies, values, and practices that shape leadership styles across cultures.
参与者将深入了解文化视角如何影响决策制定、团队动态和组织成功，并探讨融合这些方法如何促进在全球背景下更具适应性和有效性的领导力。
