Xiao Zhang
Xiao Zhang is Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Orion Group. Her work focuses on helping people turn leadership and modern workplace capabilities into practical behaviours in real work. With a background spanning IT, product development, organisational change, facilitation, and entrepreneurship, Xiao is especially interested in the human side of work: communication, influence, confidence, collaboration, and leadership beyond technical expertise.

张潇是 Orion Group 联合创始人。她曾从 IT 从业者一路走到科技创业者，长期关注技术人如何在真实工作中提升沟通、影响力、协作和领导力。 她的工作重点不是讲抽象的 leadership 理论，而是帮助人们在具体工作场景中练习，让知识变成能力。她目前正在打造 LeadershipOS，一个帮助个人和组织把领导力和现代工作能力变成日常练习、反馈和成长证据的平台。

Technical skill matters, but many of the moments that shape an IT career are not purely technical.

This session explores common soft-skill situations IT professionals often face: explaining the real problem, raising risks or disagreement, saying no politely, and making your contribution visible without seeming to show off.

This session will focus on a few realistic workplace moments and provide participants with practical language they can use.

技术能力很重要，但很多 IT 从业者在职业发展中遇到的难点，并不只是技术问题。

你可能逻辑很清楚，但别人没有听进去。
你可能知道风险在哪里，但不知道怎样说才不会显得太强硬。
你可能想帮忙，但一不小心接下太多事情。
你可能不想 show off，但也因此让自己的贡献不容易被看见。

这场分享会聚焦 IT 从业者常见的软技能场景，帮助大家用更自然、清楚、有效的方式沟通。本次分享会将围绕几个常见场景展开：

• 说清楚问题，而不只是给答案: 技术人常常习惯直接解决问题，但在跨团队、对上沟通或需求不清楚时，更重要的是帮助别人看见真正的问题。
• 提出不同意见: 如何表达风险、不同看法或技术判断，同时保持尊重和合作感。
• 礼貌拒绝，或者重新谈清楚优先级: 当需求太多、时间不够、责任边界不清时，如何不只是说 yes，也不只是生硬地说 no。
• 让自己的贡献被看见: 好工作不一定会自己说话。如何用更自然的方式让别人理解你的思考、贡献和价值。
