Are you working for paycheck or also working for your growth? Your boss owns the project, but you own what the project turn you into.

Take Away
You can’t control who will be your team member and manager, you can’t control if the right things are finally done, you can’t control if promotion is fair. But you can control what you can become through these – Trying to be a guy with broad mind.
