What we’re about

We provide classes in the traditional practices of Shaolin Kung Fu Wushu, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, modern Chinese boxing called "Sanda" and Yoga. 
Shaolin Wushu:  is one of the oldest, largest, and most famous styles of Wushu or Kung Fu. It combines Chan philosophy and Martial Arts and originated and was developed in the Shaolin Temple in Henan province, China during its 1500-year history. (Thursday at 7 pm)
Qi Gong involves stretching, breath work and meditation. It promotes a strong body and mind while also promoting a sense of relaxation and well-being. Qi Gong has thousands of years of history, and is easily practiced, so no matter your age or health, you are welcome to join us! There are literally hundreds of different Qi Gong systems, and we will be teaching a few of the more famous ones.
Sanda or SanShou: also known as Chinese boxing or Chinese kickboxing, is a Chinese Self defence system and combat sport. Wushu Sanshou is a martial art which was originally developed by the Chinese military based upon the study and practices of traditional Kung Fu and modern combat fighting techniques; it combines full-contact kickboxing, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, etc. (Tuesday at 7PM)

Yoga is a system of movement and meditation that is designed to cultivate body, mind and spirit. Classes are on a Monday and Friday evenings 6:30pm - 7.30pm and taught by Chelsea Leader. 

All our classes are $20/$15 concession, however ask us about our 5 and 10 trip passes. We also offer one free class for all our classes, so you can try them out  (Shaolin, Sanda and Yoga)
