We will begin by aligning our energy with intentional focus and settle into the silence of breath together. Tuning forks, voice, and Tibetan bowls will be played, and we will close with a reflective peace prayer for all who inhabit the Earth.

Hi,
Head East to a casual backyard community sound bath, art, and drumming session. Sound Bath starts at 3 pm and lasts for about an hour. You can hang out, drink some tea or other beverage, and mingle while making some art and drumming. There will also be a card table. Drums will be available if you don't have one. The exact location in BRIGHTON, CO, will be emailed the night before to those who RSVPed.

There will be a Violet flag with the Meetup logo in the front yard:)
