Creative Movement for Kids ages 5-12

Creative Movement: Creative Movement is a fusion class that integrates kids' yoga, sound, and creativity to inspire fun and well-being! Incorporating storytelling with various poses and breathwork to stretch and connect with not only others, but ourselves. Along with yoga, we'll create music with gongs, drums, other percussion instruments, and even some singing. To end the class, we'll create a water-based, mixed-media canvas piece and have the option of a plant-based allergen-free snack!

Ages: Ages 5-12

Follow the signs, walk up the two steps between the blue flower pots, enter through the first glass doors on the left, and go down the stairs.
