Over 75Classes and Workshops: With more than 75 sessions throughout the weekend, there’s no shortage of opportunities to explore different yoga styles, discover new practices, or deepen your existing knowledge. Classes will range from beginner-friendly introductions to yoga, to more advanced sessions that challenge your strength and flexibility.
Specialty Sessions: Alongside traditional yoga classes, you’ll have the chance to explore other wellness practices, such as guided meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, and more. These sessions are designed to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical rejuvenation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience of yoga and holistic wellness.
Free and Open to All: The event is completely free, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background. Whether you’re looking to try yoga for the first time or you’ve been practicing for years, the classes are open to all levels. No need to bring anything but yourself and an open mind—mats and props will be provided.
