What we’re about

The purpose of this group is to help people come together using evidence-based research to empower their health.

That may mean losing excess inches and improving body composition or building muscles while decreasing your risk of diseases like heart disease and diabetes. But improving the balance and diversity of your gut microbiome improves your whole health, including how you respond to the world (mood, anxiety, etc.) to some degree.

As a registered and licensed wellness dietitian nutritionist, I'll lead short webinars and 12-week wellness group challenges for all to participate in. So no matter where you are on the health journey, if you're interested in credible information and practical methods, join us in improving our health together.
