At Flow Collective, we believe movement, breath, and awareness all have the power to heal.
Our community gathers to explore Tai Chi and Qigong not just as physical practices, but as ways of reconnecting with ourselves, each other, and the present moment.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and intentional space, we cultivate balance in both body and mind.
Tai Chi and Qigong have been practiced for centuries as moving meditations that support overall well-being through improved balance, mobility, focus, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, inner calm, and longevity.
We believe healing can happen not only through movement, but through open, honest conversation, compassionate community, and genuine human connection
Whether you are joining us for physical wellness, emotional balance, meaningful conversation, or simple curiosity, you are truly welcome here.
We will be resuming our community morning Tai Chi and Qigong practice gatherings at the park on Saturdays from 8–9 AM beginning in July.
