Tai Chi is an ancient internal Chinese martial art exercise consisting of slow, relaxed movements that has been practices in China for a thousand years for defense training, health benefits, and longevity. Join our certified instructor Mrs. Hammond for a class that offers a myriad of health benefits including: cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, etc. Tai Chi is also beneficial to the Body, Mind, and Soul.
Tai Chi helps to improve concentration and memory as a system of spiritual meditation in motion.
