Mindfulness is one of the most effective practices for calming the mind, reducing stress, and cultivating presence. Yet many people find that despite their best efforts, they get pulled off balance by recurring thoughts, emotions, and reactions. This is where the Enneagram becomes a transformative companion.

The Enneagram provides a practical framework for understanding our unconscious patterns, while mindfulness gives us the awareness to pause, notice what is happening in the moment, and respond with intention. Over time, this mindful awareness naturally supports nervous system balance, emotional regulation, and resilience.

In this session, Bev Janisch will explore how integrating the Enneagram with mindfulness accelerates self-awareness and strengthens our capacity to live and work with greater clarity, steadiness, and authenticity.
