Join us for a nourishing Qigong session where you'll experience the power of healing sounds to support your organ systems. In this gentle movement meditation practice, we will combine breath, simple movements, and sound to help release tension, balance energy, and restore vitality. Whether you are new to Qigong or have practiced before, you'll leave with practical tools to support your well-being and connect to a deeper sense of calm.
