A Guided Mindfulness Workshop
Details
Join us for an interactive workshop exploring mindfulness through guided meditation, experiential exercises, and group discussion.
We'll begin with a brief introduction to mindfulness and what research suggests about its potential benefits for people with ADHD. Most of our time together will be spent practicing mindfulness rather than listening to a presentation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• A brief introduction to mindfulness and ADHD
• Two different guided mindfulness practices
• Time to reflect on each experience
• Group discussion and questions
• Ideas for incorporating mindfulness into everyday life
This workshop offers an opportunity to explore different approaches to mindfulness in a supportive, welcoming environment. Participants are encouraged to notice their own experiences without pressure to meditate in a particular way.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Anyone curious about mindfulness, ADHD, or interested in trying different mindfulness practices. No previous meditation experience or ADHD diagnosis is required.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP SERIES

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Led by a PhD in Clinical Psychology, clinical psychology postdoctoral fellow, and certified mindfulness teacher whose doctoral research focused on mindfulness and ADHD.
This is an educational workshop and guided mindfulness experience, not psychotherapy or individualized treatment.
