With so much information about ADHD circulating on social media, it can be difficult to know what's accurate, what ADHD actually looks like, or where to begin if you think you may have it.
Join us for an interactive, research-based workshop that provides a general overview of ADHD, including symptoms, everyday challenges, assessment, diagnosis, and available treatment options.

What We'll Cover

  • What ADHD is and how it presents in adults
  • Common symptoms and how ADHD affects everyday life
  • ADHD misconceptions and information shared on social media
  • How ADHD assessments and diagnosis work
  • An overview of treatment options and available resources
  • An introduction to mindfulness for ADHD

This workshop includes opportunities for questions and discussion.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone curious about ADHD or interested in learning more about it. No previous knowledge or ADHD diagnosis is required.
