The Depression and Anxiety Wellness Support Group Zoom Meeting
Details
Depression and anxiety can result in silent suffering. Sharing with family or friends doesn't always help because they cannot relate. This group gives you a place to get support from people who understand because they share the same suffering.
You can share or just listen in peace with your camera on or off.
Who We Are
This is a clinical-focus peer support group explicitly for individuals living with documented or self-identified mental health disorders, mood disorders, or significant clinical struggles (e.g., major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, Borderline personality disorder, OCD, trauma/CPTSD). We are here to share coping skills, discuss our mental health journeys, and build solidarity with others who truly understand the weight of these conditions.
What This Group Is Not
To maintain a safe and productive environment for our members, this is not a general socialization, relationship advice, or casual weekly check-in group.
- No General Dating/Relationship Venting: While mental health absolutely impacts our relationships, our primary discussions focus on managing symptoms and clinical wellness—not analyzing relationship drama or casual life updates.
- No Casual Drop-ins: If you are not actively navigating a specific mental health disorder or significant psychological struggle, this is not the right space for you.
Our Group Rules & Expectations
- Clinical & Symptom Focus: Sharing is strictly centered around mental health struggles, coping mechanisms, and recovery milestones.
- Respect the Floor: Facilitators reserve the right to redirect the conversation if a topic drifts into general relationship venting or casual, non-mental health updates.
- Confidentiality: What is said here stays here.
