Hello! My name is Nazli, and I offer yoga and pilates fusion classes and sound baths throughout San Diego! I also lead trainings and retreats locally and around the world.

A little bit about me:
I took my first teacher training in 2013, and have since immersed myself in the industry teaching yoga, training yoga teachers (specialities: vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, and sound healing), creating wellness events, managing studios, and leading retreats around the world. I've taken 500+ hours of Advanced Teacher Training, with specific certifications in meditation, sound healing, vinyasa and yin yoga, reiki, and holistic nutrition. Studying and understanding wellness is a lifelong passion of mine, and my expertise is in creative movement, sound healing, and mindfulness. My teachings focus on empowerment, education, and connection to Self & the world around you.

Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony
Yoga on C, 176 C Avenue, Coronado, CA, US***This is a paid event ($55), and requires pre-registration through Popflow Studios website here!
As the days grow shorter and the world begins to quiet, we’re invited to do the same—to slow down, soften, and find warmth within. Join us for an evening of stillness and self-care before the rush of the holiday season.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao—pure, heart-opening chocolate sourced directly from a farm in Peru—served warm and mindfully to help you ground and connect. You’ll be guided in a short meditation to release the weight of the year and open to the peaceful energy of winter.
Then, settle in and let yourself be carried by a deeply immersive sound bath, where crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, gongs, and other grounding tones invite rest, nervous system release, and a deep sense of renewal. This evening is an offering to yourself: a chance to pause, breathe, and enter the winter season with presence and peace.
What to bring
- Yoga mat
- Mug for cacao
- Cozy props for seated/resting comfort (blanket, cushion, eye pillow, layers)
Studio blankets, bolsters, and blocks are available to use.
