Inland Rail Trail and more. Oceanside to Dixon Lake (Escondido)

Join Me for a Spring ride close to my home.

We will ride from the coast to Inland North County San Diego. Combo of Bike Paths and the Inland Rail Trail Rail. Plenty of food options on the routes. Approx. 27 miles each day. All Paved -no dirt!

We will be camping at Dixon Lake overlooking the City of Escondido.
I have three sites reserved..

We will stop at a grocery store (Aldi ) for anyone that needs supplies.
Pack some breakfast too.

On Sunday we will work our way over to the San Luis Rey Bike Trail and stop for lunch Next to Mission San Luis Rey. Then back to the coast.

Parking available at the Oceanside Transit Center.
Friday arrivals may want to camp at Rancho Guajome County Park --Make your own reservations please.
