After completion of a short registration slip, you will be supplied with a paddle and a PFD (life jacket)
Recommended you wear shoes that are OK to be wet, a hand and bring a bottle of water.
This session will be run by accredited coaches - explanation of the dragon boat technique on land, putting this into practice in a boat, followed by cool down at the end of the 45 minutes on water.
