About us
Hello, My name is Jim.
I started this group in 2011 and was the 19th Meetup Group in the area at the time.
Most groups were just doing one thing for events and I wanted to start a group that fulfilled my desires to share many types of events with people.
My hobbies and interests will be made into events for:
Cinema, Live Theater, Sporting events, Dining, Cycling, Golf, Wine Tasting, Cultural Activities, Fairs, Concerts, Trade Events, Geo Caching, Road Trips, Fitness, Camping , Learning events or classes, Festivals, amusement Parks and travel both in the USA and outside along with any other fun things I can think of and have free time to list and share with others that want to get out and do something fun.
I do ask that all potential members please upload a facial photo / head and shoulders photo of yourself - facing the camera / no hats / no sun glasses / art work / numeric names .. so that other members will know whom you are at an event and I myself will know who to look for.

I will be going to this event from Wednesday - Sunday and camping on site.You can drive down for the day or get a hotel or camp for a night or more.
Camping opens to the public with a first come / first gets it policy.
Read the notes on the web site for Camping policies but you can share a site with others if you wish.
