2026 Happy Little Trees (Virtual) 5K - Information & Sign up announcement event.

Announcement event only - March 1st 2026

* Watch for walk-jog-run events to come in April to complete this virtual 5K event.

* You may order your package now if you want to receive it as soon as they become available.

Happening on your cellular phone, tablet, laptop, desktop or internet enabled monitor.

What time:
As soon as you log into this event.

Costs:
$36.00 IF you want to help support the trees program and receive the T-shirt, Metal and bib number to do a virtual 5K at any point during the "Happy Little Trees" event going on through out Michigan.

Details:
No matter how you reach the finish line - walk, run or roll - you pick the pace and the place, anywhere outdoors!

Everyone who participates gets a Happy Little T-shirt, a commemorative bib number and finisher's medal.

All you have to do is complete your 5K between April 18-26, 2026.

It's no coincidence that Earth Day (April 22) and Arbor Day (April 24) fall between these dates!

Registration is $36 and includes your keepsake Happy Little T-shirt, finisher’s medal, commemorative bib number and shipping.

All race proceeds support tree planting and forest protection efforts in Michigan state parks.

***NOTES***
This event starts with you signing up for the event and then getting your race package for $36.00 using the link provided above.

The event will start officially with your race package on: April 19th through April 26th 2026

To help you complete your 5K run, I will be hosting a couple of walk / jog / run events between April 1st - April 27 so please look for further event notifications on those "Happy Little 5K" events posted in the future.

I will also be hosting a after the 5K race ice cream event for those that have completed the 5k race on the last day if we do not do an actual 5K race somewhere together if there is interest.
