Depends upon if you drive, fly, take a train or bus and if you are going solo or splitting costs with others?

Food/Beverage:
This is dependent on if you are going to eat out of make meals through out the event.

Lodging:
This is dependent on if you are getting a room by yourself, sharing a room, pulling a camper or taking a tent and where you stay to camp.

Extras:
Gifts, event costs and anything extra: this is on your own monies.

For years, Geocachers have pushed the limits of exploration, ingenuity, and problem-solving. Now, the game stands on the brink of its most ambitious evolution yet.
A renowned coder known throughout the community as RUBATOSE has unveiled Cache AI, a groundbreaking system designed to change everything you think you know about Geocaching. By analyzing satellite data, puzzle logic, and player behavior in real time, Cache AI promises faster finds, easier puzzles, and the end of frustrating DNFs. To prove its potential, RUBATOSE is inviting the community to Morgantown, West Virginia for an exclusive live test during the Signal Symposium, June 26–28, 2026.
But Cache AI cannot be tested from a single location.
Participants are being deployed across Morgantown to validate the system under real-world conditions. You’ll trade specially designed playing cards that carry fragments of critical data, form teams to combine skills and knowledge, and venture out to find caches and Adventure Labs woven into the city itself. Each puzzle solved and location unlocked feeds new information back into the system, helping Cache AI “learn” how Geocachers think, move, and adapt.
As the weekend progresses, the tests grow more complex. Instructions become more cryptic. Data doesn’t always align. The system continues to push forward, confident and unstoppable, even as subtle anomalies begin to surface. Nothing is overtly wrong, yet something feels off, as if the technology is evolving faster than anticipated.
Your mission is simple: participate, collaborate, and uncover the truth hidden within the test. Trust your instincts, work together, and follow the signals wherever they lead. The future of Geocaching is being written in real time, and what happens in Morgantown may shape the game forever.

HOW DOES IT WORK:
CacheMore works much like a live-action blend of a murder mystery, an escape room, and a game of Dungeons & Dragons… except the stage is the city of Morgantown, and you are one of the main characters. Throughout the weekend, a fictional story unfolds in real time, guided by clues, puzzles, and in-world events tied directly to the theme. To move the story forward, you’ll need to find caches, complete Adventure Labs, attend scheduled events, trade information, and collaborate with other Geocachers. No single person holds all the answers; progress depends on teamwork, shared discoveries, and smart problem-solving. As new chapters of the story unlock, your actions influence what you learn next, creating an immersive experience where the line between gameplay and narrative blurs, and the only way to uncover the full story is to play your part.
