What we’re about
Do you want to overcome shyness and/or social anxiety? Do you want to practice social skills? Do you want to make good friends? Do you want to improve your life? Join this group!
This is a safe place with nonjudgemental people in a relaxed setting. There is nothing to hide or feel ashamed about. We all understand each other and can sympathize. This group is to help people make friends, practice social skills, and have fun while doing events.
We walk around parks, explore local events, chat over coffee/tea, go to restaurants, and do anything else that looks fun.
It’s okay if you don’t speak. It’s ok if you are nervous. Take the step forward to overcome it! Looking forward to sharing our stories and having a good time.

Hi Friend,
Did you know having at least three personal friends can extend your life by 20 years?
Well, that's great and all, but what if you don’t know how to make friends? What if your role went remote, and now the only friends you have are your cat and the mailman? If so you're not alone
That was me a bit over ten years ago. A severe accident and illness left me stuck in my home with no job, no social life, and not one friend I could count on to support me. I had hit rock bottom, and I knew something had to change.
I spent thousands of hours researching how to make friends and going to therapy, trying to understand why I had such a mental block about meeting new people.
Until one day, I went to a meet-up for board game lovers and I finally cracked the code. These informal groups were the perfect place to spawn new friendships so I took everything I had learned about making friends, and I threw myself into as many groups as possible.
I started making more friends than I knew what to do with, and in that moment, I knew I had to share this gift.
So I started my own community just for people who wanted to make friends, and then I recruited experts on the science of friendship to work with each of our members to help them learn how to make and keep friendships.
We’ve been so successful we’ve now had four couples get married after meeting in our community, and you better believe their weddings were packed with friends.
So if you're tired of being alone and are ready to show others your inner light come to our meeting tonight and learn how I made my personal transformation.
By the way, there will be breakout rooms open for the regulars.
David Good has helped so many people overcome social anxiety and shyness that he has been awarded three medals by the President of the United States and received an award from the Points of Light Foundation.
