Monica's Karaoke Birthday Party!

Let's have a Karaoke Birthday Party for our friend Monica. It will be at my house.

The only thing I ask is that we have met in person.
I'll provide the address to people the day before the party.

PARKING DETAILS:
There is parking for 2 cars in my driveway, 2 across the street in parking spaces, and up the street a ways at the clubhouse by the pool and tennis courts. There may be some street parking as well.
