A judgment-free zone for shy and neurodivergent adults to connect authentically.

When you arrive, look for our Meetup sign. Check in at the main table and grab a name tag.

Tired of masking? Need a break from explaining yourself? This meetup is for adults with Social Anxiety, ADHD, or Autism who want to be around others who just "get it."

What to Expect:

  • No pressure to be "on" or perform to social norms
  • Conversations that can jump topics (we love tangents!)
  • Acceptance of stimming, room to be your authentic self
  • Understanding when you need breaks or to fidget

(This group is designed for individuals who can attend independently without outside support)

IMPORTANT: While we're not a mental health support group, it is a safe place to make new friends. 🙂

While our Meetup is free, we ask that you please support the venue by making a purchase if you're able. This helps to keep us being invited back.

Come as you are, you belong here. Hope to see you soon! 👋🏼

One Quick Note:
We fund this global non-partisan volunteer-driven initiative to help people make friends and build real-world community.

We do not want to police ordinary conversation or tell adults what they can talk about. However, we may step in if behavior becomes unsafe, disruptive, harassing, coercive, or inappropriate for the venue, consistent with Meetup’s Community Guidelines and the purpose of this group. Our goal is to keep events welcoming, low-pressure, and safe for everyone.
