The Vital Elements Mental Fitness Group is dedicated to helping each other experience growth, recovery, and fellowship as we navigate through recovery from trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and more.
Through group discussions on psychology, philosophy, medicine, life style, and relationship building, we aim to support each other in healing from all that keeps us from living as our most authentic, functional, and fulfilled individuals possible.
