Holiday Dinner - West Orlando WordPress

Come join us for our annual West Orlando WordPress holiday dinner!

Where?
This year, we'll dine together at Romano's Macaroni Grill at 3143 Daniels Rd in Winter Garden, FL. It's located conveniently just off the Florida 429 Turnpike in the Winter Garden Village shopping center.

At the entrance, ask to be seated with the WordPress group.

When?
Thursday, December 14th. We'll meet and be seated right at 7:00 PM. That will hopefully provide enough time to get home from work, freshen up, get a babysitter settled in, and head out to the restaurant.

How much?
Macaroni Grill has reasonable pricing at about $20-$25 for the entrée. We will collect a $10 event fee per reservation upfront when you RSVP. The fee will be donated to our servers as a generous holiday tip. So the more people who come, the better the holiday surprise we can provide for hard-working restaurant staff! It is also to ensure more actual attendance than in years past when the event had no fee and people canceled at the last minute.

If there are fewer than 10 RSVPs by Tuesday, December 12th, we will send a notification via email and in the comments of the Meetup event that the event will be canceled and your event fee will be refunded. If there are 10 or more RSVPs, the event will not be canceled and your event fee cannot be refunded.
