Grafitti Art Walk in Pilsen Neighborhood

Details
It has been quite some time since I took a photo group for a walk in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago on the Southwest side. This was an area I used to come to once a year, so it had probably gotten a little boring for me. Anyway, I am not traveling at the moment and will be in the city this coming Saturday so I will be hosting this event the area which I have visited a number of times since I started the group back in 2014.
The art in Pilsen is always changing. Whether it be wall art, door art, building art, etc. there is always a good opportunity to view something new in this very interesting neighborhood. And since it has been a few years since I have been here there should be some new photo opportunities for all.
This along with some of the interesting architecture that originally was a neighborhood of Czech Republic immigrants (my great grandfather had a home here from the early 1900's to the 1930's) and it should be a fun morning.
After our walk there are a number of good restaurants in the area where we can enjoy lunch. If you plan on staying for lunch please bring along cash as a number of establishments only take cash and if we get a table as a group, it is much easier to settle up the account for everyone.
I am hosting this walk along with my other group in Chicago (Chicago Streets and Beyond Photography Group). So if you have signed up already with that group you do not need to respond here.
For those from the suburbs there is plenty of free parking in the Pilsen neighborhood. Just pay attention to the signs you see on the street you park. I usually park by Harrison Park on 18th Avenue which is also right near the Mexican Art Cultural Center.
