Christian Sullivan has been in real estate and finance for over 35 years. And I don’t mean just as an agent or investor—he’s done lending, appraising, property management, construction, and sales. He’s built 40 houses, sold more than 300, and personally owns a dozen rentals while managing a portfolio of about 100 doors.

What makes Christian really valuable is that he’s not just book-smart—he knows how to spot real-world opportunities, how to navigate complex deals, and how to help people make smart decisions whether they’re flipping their first house or growing a rental portfolio.
