Stephanie Woodside’s Real Estate Journey since 1998
Details
Calling all real estate investors, landlords, flippers, wholesalers, realtors, contractors, lenders and anyone interested in property investing.
Join us for our free West Bank Real Estate Investors meetup to network with active investors, learn from real deals happening in the Louisiana market, and connect with people who can help move your business forward.
We interview investors who are actively building portfolios, flipping houses, and navigating today’s market. Our goal is to dig into their real experiences, the mistakes they made, the lessons they learned, and the strategies they’re using right now.
You’ll walk away with practical insights and valuable connections from people working in the same market you are.
This months speaker is Stephanie Woodside
Stephanie began investing in real estate in 1998 and became a licensed Realtor in 2004. She has navigated multiple market cycles, including the challenges of Hurricane Katrina and flooded rental properties.
After taking a break from investing, Stephanie returned to the market in 2016, focusing on flipping properties before beginning to rebuild her rental portfolio in 2022. Today she holds approximately $2 million in residential real estate assets, remains an active Realtor, and serves as a Director of the New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association (NOREIA).
Stephanie’s journey includes successes, setbacks, and adaptation through different market cycles.
Emile will sit down with her for an in-depth interview about:
• How she got started in real estate
• Lessons learned through difficult markets and disasters
• How she rebuilt and scaled her portfolio
• What strategies she is using in today’s market
