Speaker Asa Triche

Asa is a highly active flipper and wholesaler in the Baton Rouge market, with a track record built on consistency and strong fundamentals. He spent 10 years running a lawn care and property services business before transitioning full-time into real estate in 2019. That operational background shows up in how he approaches deals today, practical, disciplined, and execution-focused.

He’s also one of the leaders behind the Red Stick REIA, where he’s built a reputation for delivering real, actionable insights to investors at all levels.

Personally, Asa is someone I respect a lot. He does business the right way, he’s generous with his knowledge, and he has a sharp understanding of the market. What stands out most is his ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them in a simple, usable way.

I’m really looking forward to having him at WBREI and seeing Emile dig in to unpack his approach, decision-making, and lessons learned. There’s a lot of value here for anyone actively doing deals or looking to level up.

Agenda as follows:

6:30 pm: Doors Open/Networking
7:00 pm: Interview with guest + Q & A
8:00 pm: Needs and Wants + Networking
8:30 pm After meeting drinks at Gattuso's Neighborhood Restaurant

You are welcome to come whether you are trying to go from 0-1st deal or deal 1,000 - 1001. We will have a needs and wants section where you can tell the room if you have something to offer or are looking for something. Whether that's an off-market deal, hard money, contractors, partners etc.

Our speakers aren't selling anything and neither are the organizers. We just want to get the West Bank property investing community networking and talking as we believe that will benefit everyone.

We are grateful for the support of Lease Co and Home Buyer Louisiana that helped cover some of the costs of the event through their generous sponsorship
