Machi Medrzycki

Machi moved to the US from Poland when he was 19 and started working construction at 21. He honed his skills doing custom interior renovations in Florida and then moved to New Orleans and started his construction business to help rebuild NOLA after Hurricane Katrina. Machi does construction and development with full time staff and hundreds of Sub Contractors. He isn’t on the tools anymore and GMs his and other people’s projects. He has personally flipped over $20mm in real estate and has 60+ long term rentals. Machi has remained active in our market through the various property cycles and we can’t wait to hear his story, learn about his greatest lessons and hear what his focus is in our current market.
