Harriman Jones Point to Dunderberg Timp and West Mountains

You are invited to join us for a moderate to difficult 11-mile hike with about 2500-foot elevation gain. This hike will take 5 to 6 hours. We will meet at Jones Point Trailhead Parking, US-202, Tompkins Cove, NY 10986. GPS: 41.28119, -73.96292 at 8:00 AM.
Following from Jones Point the (B) Timp-Torne to the Timp and continue west on the (R) Ramapo-Dunderberg to the (Y) Suffern Bear Mountain north back to (B) Timp-Torne east across to West Mountain Shelter. Return to Timp Mountain continuing on the (R) Ramapo-Dunderberg over to Bald Mountain all the way back to cars.

Bring appropriate gear including a light/headlamp, micro-spikes, food, and water. Review/bring your map to be aware of topography and our location.

If Unable to Attend: Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event, so people on the waitlist can attend. If on the day of the event, you cannot make it, please take your name off the going list. Not attending hikers will be marked as “No-Show.” People with multiple “No-Show” will not be allowed on future hikes. Thanks....
