This is one I have not offered in at least 7 years. I realize it is a monthly stable for some - for this event we will likely take a route (to the best of my knowledge) that has never been offered by any other area hiking group
Features - Water-Views - some elevation gain n likely -plus one or two "N More" surprises with perhaps a celebrity visit
Meetup Location - Tarrywile Park- 70 Southern Blvd, Danbury, CT 06810
Estimated Distance Likely 5.5 to 6.5 miles - this is more in line with our typical Sunday hike so not a beginner event
Suggested Donation - 2.00 - Can Venmo Steven-Tartas or Zelle 914 772-5230
What to bring - water, snacks, hat, gloves, dress in layers,
Please check in with me if this is your first event with the group -I just want to make sure this is within your comfort zone.
Estimated Group Size -likely 24-28
Note: Everyone starts on the waitlist and the first spots always go to those with a history of attendance - Please do not double book and if you have a history of no showing you will remain on the waitlist until the first 18-20 slots are filled.
If you are on the waitlist -preference will also be given to those who are local since you are more likely to attend.
