Big Demo self-supported ride and potluck, B/C pace, INT to ADV trail difficulty

This is not a beginner ride and is self-supported.

I'll be rolling with the early group at 7:30 AM for a 10k climbing attempt.

If you're doing one loop, allow at least three hours to finish in time for the potluck at 5:30 PM. Flow and the other trails are in great shape and the weather should be perfect. https://www.trailforks.com/route/flow-loop-via-bussard/

If you're comfortable with Skeggs, Santa Teresa, Enchanted Loop, Zane Grey and Old Cabin, you'll be fine.

Please bring some food and/or drink to share post-ride. Also a plate, cup and utensils, and (optimally) a chair. There will be a stove/grill for anything that needs cooking. A warm and dry change of clothes, jacket and bug spray are useful.

Ride levels vary by location and organizer, so be sure to sign up for rides that are appropriate for your skill and fitness and read the event description. A helmet and properly-maintained bike are required. If in doubt, please contact the event host prior to the event using the Meetup message or comments feature. If you have an existing medical condition please consult your doctor prior to joining an event.

The event host and organizers ultimately have the last call on who can and cannot attend a particular event. When a members safety is concerned we err on the side of caution. Minors 14 yrs and up can join this event providing they are under the supervision of a responsible adult.
