What we’re about
Western Women 55+ is a group of married, divorced, widowed and single women 55+ (if you are not 55+, but don’t mind hanging with older women, please feel free to join) who meet primarily in the western suburbs for happy hour, music, movies, volunteering, outdoor activities, trips and of course lots and lots of conversation.
This is a group where friendships are being established, however newcomers are always welcome.

Kick off the summer concert season early with cool jazz and local wine at Parley Lake Winery - Friday, May 3 from 4:30pm - 7:30pm.
ADDRESS: 8280 Parley Lake Road, WaconiaPerforming from 5:00-7:30m will be The Barn Cats Quintet, a Twin Cities based jazz group. Their set list focuses on small combo jazz standards, generally from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. The music will likely be inside, but could be outdoors if we have nice weather. One of the winery owners is an artist and there is curated art throughout the property.
Parley wines by the flight, glass or bottle are available for purchase. The winery also sells a selection of local craft beer, craft soda, sparkling water and juices, and snacks in this cozy venue.
Check in with Karen when you arrive. It's a "first come" seating venue. I will get there a bit early and try to save some seats.
