What we’re about
West Potomac RFC is a men's rugby club in the DC metro area with practice and playing fields in Arlington and Alexandria. We field a competitive Division 3 team in the Capital Rugby Union of USA Rugby. We welcome new and experienced players to a club that loves rugby and having fun. We like to drink beer, carry on, and have a habit of not being invited back to fancy establishments. Don't let rugby stereotypes dissuade you. It's not a blood sport and you're not too small to play. We're working professionals and some of us have kids. Matches are family and pet-friendly and we make sure everyone has a chance to learn and prove themselves on the pitch.
