Westside Vibrant Women's - 1st Potluck

Let’s celebrate the beginning of Westside Vibrant Women with our first group-wide potluck!
This is our chance to meet in person, have lunch together, and talk about a vision for creating a strong, welcoming community together.

Westside Vibrant Women is about connection, friendship, and enjoying life — whether that’s Coffee & Chat gatherings, park and trail walks, “Lustrous Ladies Who Lunch” at local restaurants, or creative workshops at the library.

At this potluck we’ll:
🌼 Get to know one another in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
☕ Talk about upcoming Coffee & Chat events and how members can host at their own favorite spots.
💡 Share ideas for future outings, workshops, and social events.
🌟 Shape the vision for Westside Vibrant Women as a collective — building community, variety, and fun on the Westside.

What to bring:
🥗 A dish to share (homemade if you have time, or a favorite take-out works too - serving for 4–6)
*🥄 Serving utensils for your dish
*🥤 Your personal beverage

(The library conference rooms allow food and drinks. We'll be in the conference room with the kitchen facilities. The room map on the libary websites includes mention of 32 chairs... however, if the event fills up with the current setting at 32, join the waitlist & I will get in touch with the library to see how many more chairs are available for us, and I will reset the number who can attend.)

* The potluck starts at 11:30 AM. Our conference room is reserved from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, so we won’t be rushed — stay as long as you like! I’ll arrive at 11:00 to start arranging tables and chairs. A few volunteers to help with setup and cleanup would be greatly appreciated.

* I’ll provide napkins, cutlery, and plates, and name tags.
