About us
What is the yogic life? Join us for an exploration of being a Yogi, where philosophy, pranayama (breath work), mudras, and mantra come together to deepen our spiritual practice. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this group is open to all who are interested in delving into the transformative power of these ancient practices outside of yoga class. Through discussion, breath work practice, and meditation, we will support each other in our journey towards greater self-awareness, inner peace, and connection based on the teachings of The Yoga Sutras.
