Wheelbarrow Profits MeetUp

Once a month, the Wheelbarrow Profits community gets together in person in Dallas–Fort Worth.

There is no stage and no slides. It’s an evening with people who take multifamily seriously. You’ll find investors working on their first larger deal, operators who have been at it for years, and the lenders, brokers and property managers who work alongside them.

The meetups are hosted by Vince Gethings, principal of Tri-City Equity Group and Blacksand Property Management, and co-author of the Amazon best-seller Wheelbarrow Profits. Vince and the WBP team will be in the room, so come ready to talk.

What the evening looks like

• Relaxed, open conversation. Pull up a chair and join in.

We move the venue each month to keep things fresh, the first MeetUp will be around Colleyville area, central to both Dallas and Fort Worth. The exact address is on each month’s listing and is sent to everyone who registers.
